Concrete canal liner-automatic moving

Concrete canal liner including: Diesel generator,hydraulic system,feeding system,main mold, feeding hopper,moving wheels,control panal.

It is diesel power,hydraulic pushing squeezing forming type and automatic moving.

The canal machine mold can be U shape,trapezoidal,square,V shape or other shape as your requests.Diesel power or gasoline power options.

If your working site has electric power,then no need diesel generator,just give power to the control cabinet is ok .

Before quotation and production,we need to know your canal size and shape,better have a drawings as below,show the exact size and thickness.

Preparation of concrete canal liner:

In concrete canal paver working site, you need to prepare materials and machinerys as below working site:

1.excavator–for digging the ditch and feeding concrete .

2.Transport truck-transport concrete from concrete mixing plant to your working site.

3.Moving tracks- 4pcs*6m, helping the ditch machine moving forward straightly.

4. Diesel fuel/hydraulic oil/engine oil.

5. Wet mixed concrete-concrete slump adjusting according to your materials and your ditch size.

6. Workers: 3~5 workers.
