Air spraying, the spraying medium is transported to the position of the nozzle through some kind of transportation method, and is mixed with compressed air at the nozzle and sprayed out to form paint mist. The paint mist is sprayed onto the surface of the parts to be painted to form a uniform paint film.

Airless spraying
Airless spraying uses booster pumps such as plunger pumps and diaphragm pumps to pressurize the liquid paint, then transport it to the airless spray gun through a high-pressure hose, and finally release the hydraulic pressure at the airless nozzle to instantaneously atomize it before spraying. A coating layer is formed on the surface of the object to be coated.
